In this film, you’ll play the leading role, and the storyline will be full of action — with scenes challenging you daily — and no suspense, because at Cinemark you’ll be the first to know about new cinematic releases. For the role you’ll perform, we value the following traits: enjoying working with people, thinking outside the box, having critical thinking skills, being communicative, collaborating well in teams, and not fearing personal or professional challenges! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure Prime customers’ satisfaction and experience by delivering high-quality service addressing both basic and special customer needs. Provide personalized service. Greet all customers courteously and professionally, and conduct directed, value-added, and suggestive sales. * Prepare food and beverages — i.e., all items included in the Cinemark menu. * Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages. Perform wine service. * Sell products and deliver them to customers. * Provide service at lounge tables and inside the theater auditorium. * Restock items used during rushes, preparing the lounge for the next rush. * Clean the premises and maintain hygiene of utensils and equipment. * Follow sanitary surveillance procedures, complying with health regulations. * Assist with space decoration according to Marketing promotions. * Comply with all company safety regulations. * Clarify customer questions regarding Prime products. * Manage order flow between the kitchen and tables. * Handle customer complaints. * Monitor expiration dates of food and beverages. * Support other Cinema departments as needed (Box Office, Usher, and Standard Snack). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience (in field): 1 year of experience in operations and customer service. * Academic Qualification: Completed high school. * Specific Knowledge: Organization, sales techniques, proper posture, and body language.
