We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the line-painting truck during horizontal signage services, pulling alignment guides to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with technical signage standards. * Lead the team in the absence of the foreman/supervisor, executing horizontal signage services according to schedule to meet contractual parameters. * Inform the foreman/supervisor of required material quantities to ensure execution of described activities, as well as perform loading and unloading of materials and any other necessary items. * Monitor work execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines set by department coordination, avoiding penalties imposed by the Regulatory Agency. * Perform horizontal signage services, complying with all company-established standards. * Guide and execute team activities for horizontal signage, aiming for service quality as well as installation of worksite signage, ensuring safety for users and the work team. * In some highway units, transport the team, performing the role of driver. * In some highway units, operate the line-painting truck during horizontal signage work execution. * In some highway units, assume responsibility for the horizontal signage team, including execution and quality of performed services, conducting necessary tests to ensure compliance with concessionaire standards and work instructions. * Lead and implement worksite signage by placing cones and signs along the work segment, as well as signaling the work front using a flag, ensuring team safety. * Conduct daily pre-use checklists for personal protective equipment and equipment used during activities, reporting findings to the supervisor and assisting with cleaning. * Immediately inform the supervisor of any damages or malfunctions affecting items on the truck, enabling creation of a service order in the system and appropriate correction. * Perform activities in accordance with Motiva's Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive prevention and monitoring of work routines. * Contribute to proper waste management at the workplace, considering environmental aspects and impacts related to your activity, per unit-established standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category D driver's license.
