If you are proactive, creative, collaborative, and seeking a dynamic, innovative, and growing environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Prospect new clients (e.g., companies, condominiums, industries, commercial establishments); \- Conduct technical visits to assess security risks and requirements; \- Prepare customized commercial proposals (e.g., surveillance, concierge services, monitoring, access control); \- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms; \- Support service implementation processes in coordination with operational departments; \- Maintain active client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention; \- Identify upselling opportunities and new services within the existing client portfolio; \- Update and maintain CRM system with commercial information; \- Monitor competitors and industry trends in the security market; \- Ensure proposals comply with applicable legislation (e.g., Federal Police regulations for private security); \- Track performance indicators (e.g., targets, sales, conversion rates); \- Represent the company ethically and professionally in the market. **Requirements:** \- High school diploma required; \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Private Security, or related fields preferred; \- Valid driver’s license (Class B) required; \- Prior experience in external sales required, preferably in the physical security, facilities management, or outsourced services sectors; \- Consultative sales techniques preferred; \- Basic understanding of risk analysis in physical security; \- Familiarity with private security legislation; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; \- Personal vehicle required.
