Job Summary: A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of materials—from receiving and inspection to organization and inventory control—including issuing reports and invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Complete inventory and materials management. 2. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and controlling products. 3. Involved in issuing invoices and managerial reports. * A Warehouse Clerk is the professional responsible for receiving, identifying, and inspecting materials, recording all incoming and outgoing material or product movements. * A Warehouse Clerk handles the receipt and inspection of equipment returns from construction sites—from identification through assembly of reports for company management. * A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for material delivery and receipt, maintaining minimum stock levels, notifying production about missing stock items, placing purchase orders in advance before shortages occur (based on production calculations), providing employees with PPEs and materials required for production. * Accountable for all materials held in inventory. * Load transport vehicles with machinery and equipment for dispatch; issue invoices; verify invoices against placed orders and delivered materials; unload incoming goods; identify products by customer; store materials according to subgroup; record material departures from inventory. * Monitor high- and low-turnover goods; manage consigned materials; track purchase orders; enter invoices into the system; assign storage locations for materials. * Record invoice receipts; request credit notes from billing; forward invoices to the finance department. * Control access to the warehouse and maintain orderly inventory; note out-of-stock or slow-moving items; label goods specifying batch number and quantity. * Review pending service orders related to these materials; fulfill service orders or route parts to inventory; conduct periodic cyclic and full inventories of stocked parts; update records in the system. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
