Test administration and scoring OPEN POSITION – HIGH-VOLUME RECRUITER Pinhais – PR (Metropolitan Region of Curitiba) If you are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and wish to gain practical experience in Recruitment \& Selection, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Managing high-volume recruitment processes (operational positions); Resume screening and candidate scheduling; Conducting individual and group interviews; Administering and scoring tests (where applicable); Supporting indicator tracking and job vacancy monitoring. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Psychology program (from the 3rd semester onward); Interest in Recruitment \& Selection; Strong communication and organizational skills; Agile, proactive, and results-oriented profile; **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate degree Willingness to travel
