Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying medical production records, validating entries, applying reimbursement rules, preparing statements, and clarifying physicians' questions. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and verify medical production records (consultations, exams, procedures, and surgeries) and validate entries 2. Prepare reimbursement statements and keep tables updated 3. Ensure timely payments and prepare management reports Main Responsibilities Include: * Receive and verify medical production records (consultations, exams, procedures, and surgeries). * Validate whether services were correctly recorded in the system. * Apply contractual reimbursement rules (percentages, fixed amounts, capitation, add-ons, etc.). * Prepare individual reimbursement statements for each physician. * Request or verify invoices and other required documents for payment. * Clarify physicians' questions regarding reimbursement calculations and fee composition. * Maintain up-to-date reimbursement tables, contracts, and payment rules. * Monitor health insurance reimbursements when dependent on such payments for releasing physician reimbursements. * Ensure payments are made within established deadlines. * Prepare management reports on production and reimbursements. * This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in hospital management systems (e.g., Tasy), knowledge of healthcare billing, medical contracts, and effective communication with finance, billing, reception, scheduling, and clinical departments. * Familiarity with TASY is desirable.
