Job Summary: We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive Commercial Receptionist to handle customer service, reception management, and commercial support. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and digital customer service 2. Support for salon daily operations and commercial service 3. Social media content creation We are seeking a Commercial Receptionist to join our team! We want a person who is communicative, organized, and proactive, enjoys interacting with people, and delivers an excellent experience to our customers. Responsibilities * In-person customer service; * Customer service via WhatsApp and Instagram; * Reception management and support for salon daily operations; * Photo and video production for stories; * Assistance in commercial service and customer relationship management. Requirements * Strong communication skills and friendliness; * Proactivity and initiative; * Organization and efficiency; * Social media knowledge; * Basic photo and video skills for stories; * Focus on goals and results. Preferred Qualification * Experience in beauty salons or aesthetic clinics.
