




Job Summary: This role involves production process analysis, procedure updates, collaboration on continuous improvement projects, change management, and supporting project planning and tracking. Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. * Conduct production process time studies; collect and analyze data from in-process batches to build a historical record (temperature, pressure, flow rate, and cycle time parameters); * Update engineering and manufacturing procedures and work instructions; * Collaborate on Lean, Kaizen, or 5S projects related to quality, safety, and/or productivity; * Support project planning studies; * Develop a specific project in the process or continuous improvement area; * Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders. * Enter and issue purchase orders and contract measurements in the Totvs system; * Monitor equipment commissioning tests or process validations; * Assist in technical selection and comparison of pumps, valves, instruments, and materials; * Develop new service providers/suppliers for various projects and services; * Lead the MOC (Management of Change) process within the Engineering department; * Ensure changes are implemented only after completion of the MOC (Management of Change) process; * Comply with Life-Saving Rules as defined in the Consequence Management Program; * Use PPE in accordance with safety standards; * Organize and/or maintain an organized work area.
