Check out our Glassdoor reviews. **How to become a \#PrimeHero?** We seek individuals who: * Enjoy solving complex problems * Are passionate about quality and technology * Take ownership and act as protagonists * Value teamwork * Possess analytical thinking and solution-focused mindset * Pursue continuous improvement **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities * Defining and enhancing end-to-end testing strategies * Developing automations (web, mobile, API, and desktop) * Ensuring quality from requirements through delivery * Executing functional and non-functional tests * Creating and maintaining test scenarios (manual and automated) * Analyzing failures, addressing root causes, and supporting fixes * Enhancing CI/CD and the automation pipeline * Managing data, environments, and documentation * Serving as the technical reference for the team **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience in test automation * Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools * Programming proficiency in .NET, Java, or Delphi * Experience with BDD (Gherkin) * Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia) * Knowledge of front-end and back-end testing * Experience with SQL / PL-SQL * Experience with agile methodologies * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices * Experience with Azure DevOps, BrowserStack, or similar tools * Analytical profile and problem-solving skills **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with mobile testing * Performance and load testing experience * Knowledge of accessibility standards * Certifications (ISTQB, CTFL, DevOps, Automation) * Experience building automation frameworks from scratch **What We Expect From You:** * Protagonism and critical thinking * Systemic vision and quality focus * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Continuous improvement mindset If you want to grow, learn, and join a team that truly values people and technology, this could be your place
