Execute HR processes including payroll administration, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, hiring, terminations, payroll processing, internal audits, and employee support—ensuring legal compliance, data accuracy, and service quality. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong communication and courtesy when interacting with internal teams and suppliers Strong verbal and written communication skills.
