Organized work environment and opportunities for career growth Position: Fabric Cutter — Padronizze Uniformes Padronizze Uniformes is seeking a professional to work in the cutting department, emphasizing productivity, organization, and quality throughout the professional uniform manufacturing process. Responsibilities * Perform fabric layup and cutting * Component separation and identification * Interpret patterns and production orders * Control fabric utilization * Maintain organization within the cutting department * Support production flow and deadlines Requirements * Experience in fabric cutting within garment manufacturing * Agility and attention to detail * Organization and commitment * Experience with uniforms is a plus * Knowledge of manual and/or machine layup is a plus We are looking for someone who: * Is responsible regarding waste reduction and quality * Works well in a team * Understands production pace * Is committed to meeting deadlines We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Formal employment contract (CLT) * Organized work environment * Opportunities for career growth ***Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:48 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM*** Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work from 1:00 PM to 9:48 PM Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays?
