Focus on service quality and continuity. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supervising and monitoring facilities and asset security operations at service locations, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to operational procedures, internal policies, and legal requirements. Acts as the liaison between the company, customers, and operational teams, guaranteeing service quality and continuity, as well as positive relationships. ✓ Conduct on-site and remote supervision at service locations. ✓ Monitor work schedules, coverage, substitutions, and working hours. ✓ Guide employees on operational procedures and conduct. ✓ Monitor and record operational incidents, proposing corrective actions. ✓ Verify proper use of uniforms, PPE, firearms, ballistic vests, and general facilities and asset security materials. ✓ Maintain direct contact with customers, building managers (syndics), and supervisors. ✓ Prepare supervision reports and operational records. ✓ Support onboarding processes, training, and operational alignment. Maintain close relationship ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education (mandatory). Experience in operational supervision within facilities and/or asset security.
