Review the details below and join our team of excellence! **Job Information** * **Format:** Internship contract via CIEE * **Location:** Rua Rockfeller, 1118 \- Rebouças \- Curitiba * **Schedule:** 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM * **Stipend:** R$ 1\.200,00 * **Benefits:** On-site meal allowance and transportation voucher. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record verbalizations received on Google; * Enter records into the CRM system and the compliments spreadsheet; * Support leadership in recording and providing timely responses on Grupo Servopa’s Reclame Aqui pages; * Forward information to brand- and department-specific responsible parties; * Monitor operators’ WhatsApp to ensure proper system registration. **Essential Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Administration** or **Management Processes**. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from **08:30 to 15:30**.
