




Job Summary: Professional responsible for assisting and executing stages of the gray and ductile iron casting process, from molding to finishing. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the fabrication of molds and cores using appropriate tools. 2. Participates in pouring molten metal and demolding cast parts. 3. Performs finishing and forwarding of cast parts. **\*Industrial company – Gray and Ductile Iron Foundry\*** \- Support or fabricate molds and cores using appropriate tooling and equipment; \- Support mold tree assembly and preparation for pouring molten metal; \- Perform or support pouring of molten material; \- Demold cast parts and break off gating channels; \- Forward cast parts to finishing, shot blasting, painting, shipping, and machining processes according to scheduling and part process flow; \- Perform finishing activities on parts using tools appropriate for the type of work; \- Segregate non-conforming parts per non-conforming product control procedures; \- Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the area, including tools and equipment; \- Ensure personal and coworkers' safety by using required PPE and safety equipment, and avoiding unsafe acts during task execution; \- Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement through participation in trainings and corporate initiatives. \*\*Meal Provided On-site\*\* Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.400,78 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
