




Job Summary: Barista/receptionist — this professional will handle customer service, beverage preparation, environment organization, and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment focused on customer experience * Greet and receive customers with courtesy and professionalism. * Accurately and efficiently take orders at the counter. * Provide information about coffees, beverages, and customization options. * Prepare coffee-based beverages—including espresso, hot coffees, iced coffees, and refreshing drinks—following preparation guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive counter and environment. * Operate the cash register and process payments correctly. * Support the team in daily activities to ensure smooth service delivery. * Address customer inquiries and situations attentively and with customer focus. * Adhere to food hygiene and safety best practices. * Manage inventory, tracking daily sales and batch outputs. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and customer service orientation. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high customer traffic. * Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn. * Prior customer service experience (food service or retail) is a plus.
