Strengthening the bond with families until enrollment decision **About the Position** An established private school in Colombo seeks a professional to work in the commercial area, responsible for attending to and accompanying families interested in the institution, ensuring a welcoming, transparent, and values-aligned experience. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Visit Management:** Control, organize, and schedule visits by interested families; * **School Presentation:** Greet families, conduct facility tours, and clarify questions regarding the pedagogical proposal; * **Institutional Culture:** Clearly convey the school’s values, differentiators, and culture; * **Administrative Guidance:** Provide support on enrollment processes and initial financial matters; * **CRM and Recordkeeping:** Register and update contact history (status, interest level, grade level, and follow-up); * **Relationship Management (Follow-up):** Conduct post-visit follow-up to strengthen family engagement until enrollment decision; * **Metrics:** Support management in tracking visit metrics and conversion rates. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or commercial roles; * **Communication:** Excellent ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically; * **Profile:** Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust, and proactive attitude; * **Organization:** Capacity to strategically track and manage contacts; * **Education:** Completed high school (a college degree is considered an advantage). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the education sector; * Familiarity with or knowledge of Pedagogy or related fields.
