Continuously improve recruitment and selection processes The Recruitment and Selection Analyst is responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, administering tests and assessments, and attracting talent to the company. This professional operates at a mid-level capacity, possessing experience in Human Resources and knowledge of selection techniques. **Responsibilities** * Align job profiles with department managers to understand hiring needs * Post job openings across various recruitment channels, such as websites, social media, and partners * Screen received resumes and perform initial fit assessment against job requirements * Conduct individual and group interviews, applying appropriate selection techniques for each situation * Administer psychological, behavioral, and technical tests to evaluate candidates * Verify candidates' professional references * Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations on assessed candidates * Maintain contact with universities and educational institutions for internship and trainee programs * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's recruitment and selection processes * Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR-related skills **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology; * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques * Experience in administering and interpreting behavioral and/or psychological tests * Familiarity with recruitment and selection platforms (ATS) * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency (especially Excel)
