Together, let’s keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities:** * Reduce costs and increase productivity and profitability, as well as manage budgeting * Manage cash flow and ensure financial predictability * Identify risks and opportunities, supporting business sustainability * Lead the finance team, promoting development, engagement, and high performance * Strengthen corporate governance through KPIs, management rituals, and action plans * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legislation, and SGI practices * Drive continuous process improvement, focusing on efficiency and scalability * Monitor internal customer satisfaction and reinforce the area’s brand * Lead the structuring of financial fundraising **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed postgraduate degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with direct interface with senior management * Solid experience in financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and KPI analysis * Experience in companies within the civil construction or real estate development sector * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience in people management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with corporate governance and KPI-based management * Prior experience in high-growth or transformation environments **Work Model:** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract * On-site work in Curitiba, Monday to Friday (44 hours/week) * Occasional travel **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance via SECONCI (optional enrollment, R$25.00/month) * Birthday day off * Annual bonus program rewarding achievement of the company’s strategic goals (Voa Pride) * Program encouraging and recognizing ideas, automations, and process improvements that make a difference in daily operations and business results (Inova Pride)
