Manage compliance and organizational culture **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise HR and DP routines, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, time tracking, and benefits; * Conduct and monitor recruitment and selection processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding; * Support and supervise training, development, and performance evaluation programs; * Manage compliance and strengthen organizational culture. **Requirements:** * Relevant work experience in this role. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR or related fields. * Must reside near the company. **Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Company located in Quatro Barras/PR. **Salary and Benefits:** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) employment model. * Negotiable salary + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher (BRL 30.00 per day) + Health Insurance + Life Insurance + Banked Hours.
