Job Summary: Clima is seeking a Junior Designer with curiosity and interest in AI to work on internal communication for an oil and gas client, developing creative and strategic visual solutions. As a Junior Designer, you will work exclusively with an oil and gas client in a context full of creative challenges and opportunities to explore new languages, formats, and solutions. Here, you’ll have room to experiment, propose ideas, and go beyond the obvious—contributing ideas that truly make a difference in the client’s internal communication. More than simply executing deliverables, we seek someone curious, attuned to trends, and interested in using artificial intelligence as an ally in the creative process. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for developing and expanding visual solutions for internal communication and corporate culture campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and actively collaborating with the team to build relevant creative concepts. Your main challenges will include transforming briefs into creative visual solutions, autonomously managing your schedule, collaborating across departments, and participating in the development and defense of ideas. For this opportunity, candidates must be based in \*\*Curitiba/PR\*\* \*\* **Responsibilities and Duties:** Develop visual assets and extensions for online and offline campaigns based on briefs; Support the creation of visual concepts by contributing references and repertoire; Correctly apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables; Design, layout, and finalize various materials with attention to quality; Manage your own workload and meet deadlines, aligning requests with the Clima team; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions; Support the preparation of presentations and the defense of ideas; Seek references, trends, and new tools (including AI) to enrich creative work; Understand the client’s context and contribute appropriate, reality-based solutions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); Familiarity with macOS; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); Critical eye and interest in creativity applied to problem-solving; Interest in or experience with AI tools applied to creative work is considered a plus; Basic knowledge of Corporate Communication is a plus. **Being a \#CultureMaker grants you:** **Benefits Club:** discounts on language courses and other partner programs; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Meal Voucher and/or Food Voucher (with no payroll deduction); Gympass; SESC Membership; Bracov Pharmacy Partnership; Amil Health Insurance plan, effective after 90 days of employment; Dental Insurance; BYOD (Financial assistance for employees who wish to work with their own equipment); Birthday Day Off; Hybrid work model in Curitiba (3 days per week onsite). **Flexible Work Time:** You may start work between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
