We take initiative in building an increasingly efficient, collaborative, and results-oriented ecosystem. **Challenges you will face:** * Monitor process updates implemented by partner teams (Product, Marketing, Processes, etc.) and cascade relevant information to Customer Support and Collections teams; * Update and review content in the knowledge base (Intranet), ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with company standards; * Identify, in collaboration with the Quality team, needs for updating or creating new content; * Analyze operational and quality metrics to detect opportunities for improving support materials; * Define and implement the content strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders; * Monitor content performance and propose data-driven and user-feedback-based adjustments; * Ensure materials align with the brand’s tone of voice, identity, and values; * Lead textual production, organizing requests and deadlines with autonomy and efficiency; * Establish processes that optimize content production and maintenance, even under high-demand conditions; **What do you need to unlock this opportunity?** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Communications, Portuguese Language and Literature, UX Writing, or related fields. * Experience producing and managing content for help centers (internal or external); * Familiarity with agile methodologies and content management tools. * Experience creating and maintaining content on platforms such as Salesforce Knowledge and WordPress, especially for customer support; * Clear, strategic, and detail-oriented writing; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; * Analytical mindset focused on results and continuous improvement; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and autonomy; * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments; * Creativity and strong command of written language. **Additional Information** Caju \- Greater flexibility to use your benefits (Meal and Food) Health Insurance \- Sulamerica Life Insurance ️WellHub \- Access to gyms across Brazil Wellz\- Mental Health Platform Parental Leave \- for parents Guapeco \- Pet Health Plan with discount ️Work Mode \- On-site in Curitiba
