Your work directly contributes to the business’s financial health and customer satisfaction. * Collect customer equipment meter readings carefully and punctually. * Maintain clear and courteous relationships with customers when requesting information. * Support management of automated meter reading installations. * Facilitate necessary communication and authorizations with customers. * Assist in monthly meter reading reconciliation for billing. * Identify inconsistencies (e.g., plate replacement, production discrepancies). * Support the team in data correction and continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative or customer service tasks (even informal). * Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis. * Interest in building a career in administration/finance.
