Supporting inventory management and supply optimization A civil construction company is seeking a professional to work on construction sites in the metropolitan region of Curitiba. **YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES** * Lead quotation, negotiation, and contract closing processes with material suppliers and service providers, seeking the optimal balance among cost, quality, and delivery schedule; * Develop and maintain quotation maps and comparative tables to support decision-making; * Monitor physical construction schedules to anticipate supply demands and prevent stockouts; * Manage supplier and contractor registration and evaluation, building a qualified and reliable database; * Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, payment conditions, and guarantees) aligned with project cash flow; * Participate in preparing and controlling procurement budgets per project, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Formalize service contracts with contractors, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and occupational safety requirements; * Support on-site inventory management by monitoring material receipt, inspection, and storage. **JOB DETAILS** Employment type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Work location: Metropolitan region of Curitiba Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday until 4:00 PM **REQUIREMENTS** **Education** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Specialization in Procurement Management **Technical skills / Experience and background:** Strategic procurement management; Participation in medium-term meetings focused on bulk purchasing; Analysis and monitoring of construction costs; Prior experience in this role **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** Fixed salary 13th salary Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
