If you resonate with our culture, join our **#Simlovers** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as a resident technician, delivering on-site and remote technical support to users. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on printers and multifunction devices. * Install, configure, and reinstall printers. * Handle and track technical tickets in the client's system, ensuring SLA compliance. * Resolve tickets remotely whenever possible (e.g., configurations, print PINs, user guidance). * Monitor and manage consumables (paper and toner), printer counters, and operational requests. * Support equipment relocations and track internal service orders. * Proactively engage users to verify printers, addresses, inventory, and connectivity. * Complete and update daily Excel dashboard with resolved and open tickets, submitting reports to managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields **or** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines. * **1 to 3 years** of experience in technical support, user assistance, or as a resident technician. * Basic technical English (reading ability). **Technical Knowledge:** * Printer and multifunction device hardware (low- and mid-volume monochrome and color). * Familiarity with HP laptops and desktops is desirable. * Networking, connectivity, computing fundamentals, and basic electronics. * Intermediate Excel skills: * Filling and managing spreadsheets * Updating pivot tables * Generating charts and dashboards **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting large-scale corporate environments. * Hands-on experience managing tickets, SLAs, consumables, and direct user interaction. * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, valuing achievements built together.
