As an **IDS Resident Consultant**, you will work directly within the client’s daily operations, serving as our technical and strategic reference. Your role goes far beyond support—you will be a solution enabler and an agent of continuous improvement. ### **What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Strategic Presence:** Act as IDS’s focal point within the client’s organizational structure, ensuring our solutions operate with excellence. * **Consulting and Processes:** Analyze the client’s workflow to suggest improvements, customize software, and design more efficient processes. * **Training:** Deliver ongoing training to users, ensuring they fully leverage the potential of our tools. * **Project Management:** Prepare technical documentation, manage implementation schedules, and conduct alignment meetings with public administrators. * **Quality Assurance:** Conduct technical assessments, install updates, and ensure the final quality of every delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **What We’re Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * **Mobility:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Class B) and full availability for travel (you’ll go wherever the client needs you!). * **IDS Attitude:** Professionals with high levels of **commitment, initiative, and agility**.
