Lead the production team to promote organization and productivity Position: PCP Manager (Production Planning and Control) Location: Colombo/PR Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 4.000,00 to R$ 5.000,00 + variable Benefits: Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance: R$ 22.00/day After probation period: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance About the Opportunity: We are seeking a PCP Manager to join a company in the visual communication sector that develops customized projects for the skateboard industry. The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and quality of executed projects. * Responsibilities: Manage production planning, control, and scheduling; Monitor project execution schedules to ensure deadlines and quality; Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; Perform inventory and materials control; Monitor the development of structures, projects, and visual communication components; Serve as the interface between Creative, Production, and Commercial departments to ensure alignment of requirements; Lead the production team to promote organization, efficiency, and productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in PCP, Production Management, or Design roles; Knowledge of structures, projects, and visual communication; Experience in the skateboard segment is a strong advantage; Team management and process control skills; Proficiency in control tools (Excel, ERP, or production systems). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
