The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for prospecting business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the "Corporate" segment, understanding their financial needs, and offering customized banking solutions to meet those needs and anticipate opportunities. This role requires relationship-building and communication skills, negotiation ability, sales capability, and deep knowledge of the economic and financial markets. Work Model: In-person Unit: Ponta Grossa \- PR **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Corporate Relationship Manager I, you will work within the Southern Corporate Regional Management, and your main responsibilities will include: * Visits to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and prospect business opportunities; * Managing a corporate client portfolio, aiming to maximize results and achieve targets set by the segment; * Providing financial consulting to corporate clients; * Identifying opportunities and taking action to expand the client base and business volume. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree; * In-depth knowledge of the financial market; * Financial statement analysis; * ANBIMA certification; * Solid experience managing portfolios as a Corporate Relationship Manager (PJ) at other financial institutions.
