If you have leadership experience and enjoy challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities** * + Application of developmental feedback to direct reports. + Development of action plans to reverse underperformance or improve results. + Opening inter-departmental tickets to address requests originating from direct reports. + Monitoring and management of operational KPIs (ABS, TO, IQ, conversion rate, TMA, TMO, PAUSES, etc). + Guidance on argumentation and campaign-specific strategies. + Sales backlog handling. + Call monitoring. + Motivational campaigns. + Scheduling and execution of complementary activities (hour\-activity). **Minimum Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team environment; * Sales and negotiation skills; * Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook), telephony tools, especially call monitoring systems; * Leadership and interpersonal relationship skills; * Analytical, tactical, and operational vision; * Strategic planning focused on results and team management; * Ability to conduct diagnostics and develop action plans; * Organizational and planning skills; * Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience supervising sales, collections, or retention teams (external position); * Preferred experience in the Telecom sector, with emphasis on mobile telephony; * **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 08:00 TO 16:52, AND ALTERNATING SATURDAYS, 09:20 TO 16:00** Aliança values diversity and seeks candidates who align with our core values.
