This professional will be responsible for providing technical support for solutions related to systems and IT assets, including installation, maintenance, and monitoring of networks and equipment, complying with internal and external standards and procedures, as well as adhering to general policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide first-level support, promptly and efficiently resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install and configure computers, printers, scanners, and other IT devices; * Perform preventive maintenance routines on computers, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure proper operation; * Handle service requests using the company's standard ticketing tool; * Provide remote technical support to employees working outside the office, ensuring business continuity; * Assist in maintaining accurate records of all support tickets, installations, and maintenance activities, ensuring traceability of tasks; * Monitor IT system performance and proactively address potential failures or service interruptions. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in this role; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management); PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in the hospitality industry; WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday (8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM).
