If you identify with our Positive way of being, **submit your resume and apply for this position!** POSITIONS OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH OR WITHOUT DISABILITIES. **Responsibilities and Duties** **During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:** * Support software, hardware, and other IT asset inventory control. * Contribute to improvement projects for processes and technologies used. * Monitor software licensing and support its management. * Participate in the maintenance and updating of the unit’s IT equipment. * Monitor stock levels of equipment and technology supplies. * Assist in producing and updating technical documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.). * Support the annual equipment refresh cycle (rollout). * Support user and license management. * Collaborate in monitoring performance indicators and SLAs for the support area (Helpdesk and Service Desk). **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone who:** * Is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology. * Is familiar with the Microsoft Office suite. * Has basic knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment. * Understands IT best practices (e.g., the ITIL framework). **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Microsoft Teams. * Knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Experience with ticketing systems and network infrastructure (switches, patch cords, patch panels). * Basic understanding of logical network structure (VLAN). * Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) operations. * Basic knowledge of Windows servers and telephony. **Additional Information:** * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Availability to work at this address: Rua Senador Accioly Filho, 500 \- Cidade Industrial de Curitiba, Curitiba **Additional Information** **Why work here?
