We value our professionals from day one and invest in their career development. **Job Description** ---------------------- Supports HR Analytics analysts in organizing, processing, and analyzing people data, contributing to the updating of metrics, dashboards, and studies that support decision-making across HR and business areas. Main Responsibilities: Support the updating and maintenance of HR dashboards and metrics. Assist in extracting, organizing, and processing HR system data. Support analysis of metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and diversity. Contribute to organizing data repositories and documenting business rules. Provide support for HR analytical projects and requests. **Academic Requirements** ---------------------- * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in: Data Science Information Systems Systems Analysis and Development Information Technology Engineering (Production, Computer, or related fields) Statistics Economics Administration (with interest in data/BI) **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools Familiarity with Excel and data analysis Interest in HR analytics, data, and HR metrics Fundamental knowledge of SQL Exposure to or interest in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar) Introductory knowledge of people metrics and HR KPIs Apply now and join BRF!
