Job Summary: A legal professional to manage debt collection proceedings, draft petitions, represent the firm, and collaborate on technical development, with a focus on proactive solutions. Representing the firm in hearings and conciliation sessions * Manage medium-complexity judicial and extrajudicial debt collection proceedings under leadership guidance. * Draft petitions, legal opinions, and reports with technical quality and adherence to procedural deadlines. * Support implementation of legal strategies defined by coordination levels. * Represent the firm in hearings, conciliation sessions, and investigative activities. * Maintain direct contact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communications. * Support monitoring of debt portfolios, ensuring data updates and consistency. * Manage deadlines and performance indicators under personal responsibility. * Contribute to the technical development of junior attorneys and interns. * Participate in technical meetings and propose workflow improvements for the department. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and the firm’s best legal practices. * Apply critical thinking when assessing legal risks and viable alternatives. * Support the use of technological tools and legal management systems. * Act with increasing autonomy, seeking proactive and innovative solutions. * Collaborate in preparing process monitoring and performance reports. * Ensure clear and collaborative communication with other departments within the firm. * Demonstrate ethical, committed, and results-oriented professional conduct. Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in the specialty area, including legal consulting and/or working in companies with structured legal departments. * Solid knowledge of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure and regulations applicable to judicial and extrajudicial debt collection. * Experience managing enforcement proceedings, monitory actions, debt collection lawsuits, and related procedures. * Ability to draft medium-complexity procedural documents and conduct negotiations with debtors and involved parties. * Practical knowledge of guarantees, negotiable instruments, and legal instruments aimed at value recovery. * Experience participating in hearings, conciliation sessions, and presenting legal strategies under coordination supervision. * Proficiency in using case management systems and legal management tools. * Ability to analytically interpret legal performance data and indicators. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and collaborative approach in high-volume projects and tasks. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude within the team. * Commitment to quality and achievement of operational goals and procedural deadlines.
