Job Summary: Perform logistical data entry and customer service to meet the needs of Campos Gerais Malting Plant, controlling loading and unloading processes and supporting administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for recording and controlling loading and unloading processes 2. Assisting in various logistical and administrative department activities 3. Verifying and validating drivers' and carriers' documentation Perform logistical process entries and provide customer service to meet the needs of Campos Gerais Malting Plant. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record loading and unloading processes in the system to maintain process control and documentation. * Register and update driver and vehicle information for loading and unloading operations, verifying documentation to ensure legitimacy and adherence to security procedures. * Verify whether drivers' and carriers' documentation is complete and compliant with procedures for scheduling validation. * Update and manage loading and unloading scheduling spreadsheets to monitor scheduled shipments. * Assist in various departmental activities as directed by supervisors. * Support additional administrative department requirements as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Residence in Ponta Grossa; * Availability to work from 06:00 to 15:45; * POSITION EXCLUSIVELY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a comprehensive experience centered on care and well-being!
