Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program development, testing, and maintenance, using requirement specifications and system analysts' analyses as references. Key Highlights: 1. Computer program development, testing, and maintenance 2. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 3. Experience with georeferenced databases and geospatial libraries Orbital Remote Sensing (satellite imagery) and related processing; Aerial Photogrammetry and Laser Scanning (LiDAR); Multifunctional Technical Registers (urban and rural); Thematic Mapping (land use and occupation, among others); Surveying and Geodesy; Geographic Information Systems (supply, development, and support); Training. We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program development, testing, and maintenance, using requirement specifications and system analysts' analyses as references. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue; Advanced knowledge of React or React Native; Knowledge of GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server configuration and usage; Familiarity with APIs for communication with GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Experience with georeferenced databases, especially PostGIS; Experience with OpenLayers or Leaflet libraries.
