




Job Summary: This role involves supporting medical operations through scheduling, administrative tasks, record management, and patient guidance for healthcare services. Key Highlights: 1. Beneficiary guidance and issuance of referral forms **Description:** **Mandatory:** Completed High School Education **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Locate scheduled appointments and confirm consultations; Issue referral forms in the system for examinations performed at service providers lacking an authorization module; Guide beneficiaries regarding inquiries and clarifications related to service providers, appointments, etc.; Complete necessary forms for medical consultations and organize required documents for such consultations; Register beneficiary biometric data in the system to verify eligibility for future consultations; Insert data into the TISS document \- Health Information Exchange in Supplementary Health; Request authorizations via telephone or the other operators' service portals, as needed; Open files for other health insurance plans in the system for subsequent billing; Forward examination/procedure requests requiring medical audit review; Assemble medical folders by organizing required forms for medical consultations; Close daily statistics for consultations and examinations, and enter into the system the quantities of examinations and medical certificates requested/issued by physicians; Maintain physical records (retrieve, organize, and file medical records); Track returned medical records after consultations; Reschedule appointments by contacting patients when physician absences occur; Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors. 2512100202181911651
