Supporting on-time delivery assurance and customer communication The company is seeking a Customer Account Analyst in Curitiba (Industrial City). **Responsibilities:** Act as the primary contact for the entire order lifecycle, ensuring agility from manual or electronic order entry through modification and cancellation control. Serve as the subject matter expert, providing coaching and support to other account analysts. Facilitate collaboration among Sales, Credit, and production plants to balance customer needs with business objectives. Support manufacturing units to ensure orders are released and shipped within agreed timelines. Maintain up-to-date customer records (addresses, contacts, and specific requirements) and ensure all functions comply with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and company policies. Keep customers and sales representatives informed about order status, forecasts, and complaint resolutions. Manage fiscal benefit validation letters and support new business approval processes. Conduct cross-training and provide team backup to ensure operational continuity. Previous experience as a Customer Relationship Analyst, Customer Service Analyst, Account Coordinator, or Customer Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
