Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and analyze competition A Recruitment and Selection company is seeking a Marketplace Analyst in Pinhais (Pineville). **Responsibilities:** Manage daily marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, shipping, inventory, and campaigns. Monitor sales performance, margins, and price competitiveness. Develop and execute commercial plans and promotional activities, such as offers, shipping incentives, and advertisements. Monitor KPIs and generate insights to drive business growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Negotiate with marketplaces to secure optimal commercial terms. Prepare management reports and present key metrics to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with inventory, logistics, customer service, and finance departments. Engage with Key Accounts and identify strategic opportunities. Previous experience as an E-commerce Specialist, Online Sales Coordinator, Marketplace Manager, or Digital Sales Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
