Manage processes related to asset control, depreciation, capitalization, disposals, and physical inventories, ensuring data integrity, deadline adherence, and audit support. Coordinate the accounting team on area deliverables, promoting quality, technical development, and alignment with PACCAR policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and ensure accurate accounting, control, and reconciliation of fixed asset balances; Prepare, analyze, and review fixed asset-related accounting reconciliations, including movements, depreciation, amortization, capitalization, and disposals; Guide and monitor area accounting entries and routines, ensuring monthly trial balances and final balance sheets accurately reflect the company's asset position; Ensure correct recording, classification, and traceability of assets in accordance with internal policies and current accounting standards; Prepare and analyze managerial reports and financial statements related to fixed assets, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery; Support monthly financial closing processes, focusing on fixed asset movements and impacts; Control and monitor the budget related to fixed asset investments (CAPEX); Identify and implement improvements in asset control and accounting routines; Monitor and implement changes in applicable fixed asset accounting standards, such as CPCs, US\-GAAP, and IFRS; Support internal and external audits by providing information, analyses, and evidence related to fixed assets; Coordinate the accounting team on routine area activities, ensuring quality, deadline adherence, and compliance with established standards; Support the team’s technical and operational development through training and knowledge sharing; Recruit, train, and develop the accounting team, ensuring dissemination of PACCAR culture. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (mandatory). **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of prior experience in Accounting or Controlling, with focus on fixed assets (preferred). **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** Multitasking; Communication; Teamwork; Proactivity; Planning; Adaptability; Innovation and quality initiative; Talent management; Execution management. **Desired Technical Competencies:** Fluent English – reading/writing and speaking; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; CRC registration (mandatory); SAP system experience (preferred).
