As an Operational Assistant II, you will be responsible for monitoring (tracking and scheduling) and handling shipments, and generating KPIs. Responsibilities and Duties **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** Monitor and follow up with customers; Monitor the customer’s platform to timely report incidents; Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers; Track deliveries, pickups, or shipments; Handle shipments via the online cargo system; Handle communications via the driver’s app chat; Generate pickup routes through the system; Input tracking data to generate KPIs and/or reports. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT YOU NEED:** Completed high school education. Experience in transportation, cargo/vehicle scheduling, and monitoring.
