Team management and performance indicator monitoring **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after contract closure, ensuring support, commercial alignment, and satisfaction. * Conduct commercial visits to understand customer needs, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities. * Monitor product and service delivery, ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual agreements. * Actively participate in customer negotiations, adjusting pricing, commercial terms, and payment deadlines. * Clarify commercial and operational questions related to contracts and processes. * Develop and propose initiatives for customer loyalty and retention. * Monitor inventory of leased parts at customer sites, maintaining control and commercial relationships. * Support customers in capacity-sizing calculations, acting as a commercial consultant. * Represent the company in commercial meetings, preparing visit schedules and documenting interactions. * Track commercial performance and quality indicators, contributing to action plans. * Prospect new customers, expanding the client portfolio and generating new business opportunities. * Manage the on-site team. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Willingness to travel to serve customers in Londrina, Maringá, and Cascavel **Working Hours:** * ADM \- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B Willingness to Travel
