Job Summary: Assist in raw material management, standardize production, control quality, and participate in cleaning, working across various kitchen areas. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in identifying and controlling raw materials and inventory. 2. Know recipes and product portfolio to standardize production. 3. Participate in cleaning and organizing the area. Assist in identifying the need for raw material purchases and forward orders to the responsible department according to the production and service schedule, while monitoring area inventory levels. Know product recipes, equipment, and the entire product portfolio to standardize production. Support the Chef in quality control of received raw materials, freshness, and adherence to specifications; ensure proper storage of products according to expiration dates and shelf life, thereby monitoring their condition. Participate in cleaning the internal area, machines, utensils, and other equipment as per the company's Standard Operating Procedures. Restock/replenish food items in buffet stations for service in the restaurant dining area. Organize and carry out daily meal production in accordance with the kitchen chef’s planning. Work across all functional areas outlined in this job description and support the Chef in menu development and daily planning. Experience is a mandatory requirement.
