We seek someone with kitchen experience, commitment, and organizational skills, who can work effectively in a team. **Job Summary:** Responsible for preparing food for the executive menu and finishing dishes, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety of all items served in the restaurant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform food pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, seasoning, organizing ingredients); * Experience preparing Brazilian food, sauces, simple roasts, griddle dishes, and meat and poultry cuts; * Assist in preparing pasta dishes, risottos, and executive menu items; * Follow kitchen\-established time and quality standards; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and good food handling practices; * Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients; * Work collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with other kitchen and dining room staff. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proven prior kitchen experience; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. **SALARY \-** R$2200 (starting) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ On\-site meals Bonus: Weekly sales\-based bonus paid for attendance (average R$140 weekly / R$560 monthly) **WORK HOURS \-** 7:40 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday through Saturday, Sunday off) Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Experience: * Kitchen Experience (Mandatory) * Cooking (Mandatory) * Head Chef (Preferred) Work Location: On\-site
