Safety promotion and accident prevention Responsibilities: Coordinate and guide the facilities team to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and within the appropriate timeframe. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training for continuous improvement. Organize daily task distribution and ensure activities are completed according to the established schedule. Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promote team awareness of safety practices and accident prevention. Salary: BRL 2\.404,00 \+ VA BRL 900 \+ VT or fuel allowance \+ Life insurance \+ Health plan. Requirements: Skills: Organization, planning, team management, communication, problem solving. In-depth knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, including their applications and handling precautions. Familiarity with cleaning procedures for various surface types and areas (offices, outdoor areas, restrooms, etc.). Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required.
