Job Summary:
Responsible for organizing, monitoring, and recording preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, controlling costs and ensuring proper vehicle operation.

Fleet Controller \- Responsible for organizing, monitoring, and recording preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring adherence to deadlines, cost control, and proper vehicle operation. • Monitor and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy vehicles. • Record and track service orders, inspections, and parts replacements. • Support the procurement department by identifying required parts and services.
* Monitor vehicle delivery deadlines during maintenance (internal or external). • Manage fleet technical documents and checklists (inspection reports, surveys, mandatory inspections). Organized, detail-oriented. • Experience in maintenance control of heavy vehicles.
* Prior experience as a fleet/maintenance controller, assistant, or support staff. • Basic/intermediate knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics (trucks, buses, or machinery). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. • Proficiency in Excel and fleet/maintenance management systems.
