Identifying and correcting process failures **Responsibilities:** Work in the production area by operating and setting up machines and equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Responsible for performing setups, changing tools, adjusting parameters, and testing and monitoring the start of production. Also identify and correct failures, record process information, support operators, and maintain equipment. **Working Hours:** Rotating 3x2x2x3 schedule (15 days per month) **Day Shift:** 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekend work availability required) or **Night Shift:** 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (weekend work availability required) In one week, you work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and have days off only on Wednesday and Thursday.
