Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleCaringForPeople \#JoinOurFormula Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide in-person and online customer service, preparing quotes, entering formulas into the specific system, and handling resale products, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company service standards; * Enter prescribed formulations into the specific system, verifying prescription date, prescriber details, signature, dosage instructions, quantity, and patient information (phone number and address), updating records as needed; * Withdraw compounded products from the specific system per SOPs to ensure traceability control; * Print and affix labels to compounded products, and apply additional tags according to each product’s specific requirements, ensuring mandatory information is included per RDC 67/07; * Verify and dispatch mailbags, ensuring all compounded products listed on the manifest reach the destination branch correctly, supporting inventory control and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; Additional Information: **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM); Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Fixed day off on Sunday. **Benefits:** **Transportation Voucher** \- A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal Voucher/Allowance (Pluxee):** Monthly value of R$ 500.00, with a 20% payroll deduction.
