Requirements * Certification as a Nursing Technician * Active registration with COREN * Prior experience in the field is considered an advantage * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities * Deliver nursing care to patients according to guidance from the healthcare team and specimen collection protocols. * Assist in inventory control of supplies and medications * Participate in training and capacity-building activities related to the area of practice * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Document and report any incidents occurring during patient care
