In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: * Lead the sample sewing team, ensuring garments are produced according to quality standards, deadlines, and technical specifications; * Organize workflow by assigning tasks and monitoring the garment prototyping process; * Provide technical support to the team, ensuring alignment with pattern making, production feasibility, and processes; * Guarantee garment quality from prototyping through release for mass production; * Anticipate and resolve potential sewing and assembly technical issues that may impact large-scale production; * Translate product requirements into practical sewing execution, ensuring fidelity to garment development; * Balance productivity and quality, avoiding rework and waste. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Pattern Making, Fashion, or related fields; * Experience in industrial sewing and garment prototyping; * Knowledge of technical specification sheets and operational sequences; * Availability to work from 6:27 AM to 4:15 PM; * Knowledge of pattern making and production feasibility.
