This position was created to enhance autonomy, agility, and analytical intelligence within the team—reducing dependency on other teams for data extraction and processing, and accelerating insight generation for decision-making. We seek a professional with strong experience in the healthcare sector, capable of rapidly and consistently transforming data into strategic information. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop feasibility studies and economic impact simulations related to medical care * Analyze healthcare cost indicators (e.g., claims ratio, cost per beneficiary, hospitalizations, diagnostic tests, etc.) * Build predictive models and forecasts based on historical data and industry trends * Design dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations to support senior leadership * Conduct comparative analyses across providers, regions, and care pathways to identify efficiency opportunities * Support budgeting and healthcare target-setting in collaboration with Planning and Controlling departments * Contribute to network review, protocol, and program initiatives focused on cost-effectiveness * Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulation, Audit, Negotiation, Controlling, and Actuarial teams * Participate in internal committees, providing technical analyses for decision-making * Support training and dissemination of technical knowledge within the area **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields) * Proven experience in the supplementary health sector (health plans, hospitals, clinics, actuarial departments, or hospital billing) * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience in data analysis, processing, and interpretation * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and/or SQL * Strong logical reasoning and analytical capability * Autonomous profile, able to work with minimal reliance on other departments **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of ANS regulations and healthcare legislation (ANVISA) * Postgraduate degree in Cost Management, Healthcare, or related fields * Experience in predictive modeling or actuarial analysis * Project management knowledge **Work Model** * Hybrid work model * Must be available for in-person work in Joinville/SC at least once per week * Flexibility according to seniority and candidate fit Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Economics, Bachelor's Degree * Additional benefits (health plans, wellness and quality-of-life programs) * Daycare allowance * Profit-sharing plan (PPR) * Life insurance * Dental plan * Unimed health plan * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction) * Meal/voucher allowance: BRL 900.00/month
