### **About BRITÂNIA**
Our story began in 1956 in Curitiba, and since then, we have grown alongside Brazilian families. From stoves to portable appliances that conquered Brazil, our products are present in 98% of Brazilian households. But beyond our products, what drives us is our pride in “britaniar” — making everyday moments lighter, more practical, and happier.
Today, we have over 7\.500 employees working across factories, distribution centers, showrooms, and offices, all embodying our essence: creativity that simplifies life, good humor that brings people together, and care that embraces. Here, every person matters, and diversity strengthens our team and propels us forward, together.
At Britânia, evolution is part of the journey. We offer internship programs that open doors, operational academies, leadership development initiatives, and recognition programs for those who make a difference. With InovaBri, every idea comes to life and helps reinvent the way we continuously improve. And because we believe that “britaniar” also means caring for the world, we invest in sustainability and support social, cultural, and sports projects that impact communities and inspire new stories.
Being part of Britânia means wearing the jersey of a Brazilian brand that, for nearly 70 years, has grown with pride, values talent, and believes in the purpose of improving people’s lives through proximity and care.
